Île d'Alcatraz

Une fois que vous avez pris le ferry pour l'île d'Alcatraz et que vous êtes déposé, vous vous dirigerez vers le bâtiment principal de la prison, où vous recevrez un casque audio, et la visite audio vous guidera à travers la prison d'Alcatraz. Alcatraz Island

Once you take the ferry over to Alcatraz Island and you are dropped off, you will make your way up to the main prison building, where you receive an audio headset, and the audio tour will guide you through the Alcatraz Prison. Once the audio tour is over, you can continue taking pictures and exploring the Island, or you can walk back down to the ferry landing and hop on the next ferry headed back to San Francisco. The Alcatraz tour typically takes 2-3 hours to enjoy.

The Rock history was fabulous to discover and the tour operator was very helpful with suggestions on where to find rain ponchos.

Great experience. We picked the Alcatraz and Bay Tour. They called me for hours suggestions and parking. Just bear in mind that the address they give you is just to pick up your tickets, then you have to go to the pier to take the boat. So, you need time. The guy was very helpful, he explained very well the tour, where to go and best options. Totally recommended.

It’s a must do experience when visiting the San Fran area! It was seamless to book, to access tickets, and to find pick up location. We enjoyed ourselves and the rich history on Alcatraz Island. The only thing I would change is to eat before heading to the island as there is no food available.
