As you can see in her responses to negative reviews posted on this site, the owner of this company is extremely rude to customers and dishonest to boot. When we tried to cancel our tour, she told us that she was unable to cancel it and that we would need to contact Viator, the booking agent, since it was outside the 24-hour cancellation window. However, she refused to give us the number. When we could not reach Viator, we decided to show up for the tour and found that she had resold our seats, doubling her profit. We learned that she had actually cancelled our reservation after telling us that she couldn't. She initially refused to give us a refund, but after several phone calls, she agreed to refund our $180 if we requested it through Viator. We did that, but when Viator called her to confirm, she lied and said that WE had cancelled the tour outside the 24-hour window and refused to approve the refund. No way would we have showed up for the tour if we had a confirmed cancellation. This appears to be a scam to sell the same tickets twice. In our case, she sold three $60 tickets twice, earning a cool $360.

you canceled the morning of..... you cannot expect a refund when it clearly states the 24 hour window.... and then you showed up without ANY calls expecting to get on... yes we sold the seats because there are many people wanting our tour... :) You threatened our driver and me on the phone.... and then you want me to oblige?? we dont want folks that are threatening on our tour... we keep our customers safe .... you have no God givin reason to bash my company because of YOUR mistakes... and i have EVERY text that show how awful you were .... would you like me to post them?? and then you write me a threatening letter.... have a good summer... keep smiling... :) I HAVE THE TRUTH BEHIND ME.... so say what you want
