Deedee was a fabulous host. Arrived at the appointed time and was very organized. She even texted me early that morning to ensure I would be at the correct location. She’s an excellent orator and knows the history of the island (3rd generation). We stopped at important viewing stops and had time to time pictures and a little shopping. She encouraged us to ask questions, loves her community, and was very friendly. I highly recommend a tour with her. I read some of the other reviews, such as cancellations, etc. I called before booking to make sure they would be taking passengers on the tour. On the phone, she told me that they no longer cancel if they don’t have enough people for the tour for the medium size bus. They would take a smaller vehicle to do the car. Note. I usually don’t do reviews unless the service was exceptional because it takes a long time. I highly recommend this company. I even recommended it to a new resident of the island that I met while I was waiting for the local bus.

We're so glad we chose Dee as a tour guide to introduce us to Martha's Vineyard! The 3 hour bus adventure was an excellent and entertaining cross section of historical background and current information about the Vineyard and its inhabitants. Dee weaved in fun anecdotal commentary and helpful suggestions for future exploration. She responded to questions as we rolled, and allowed for time to visit several stops along the way. Dee was responsive to my multiple questions in advance of the tour, and followed up after upon request with suggestions for additional events for our vacation. Thank you, Dee, for being so responsive and informative. We'll be sure to recommend your tour to future island visitors.

This was such an amazing experience. My 11th Great Grandfather is Thomas Mayhew. So this trip was extra special to take in and learn about the history of the island. DeeDee exceeded any expectations my girlfriend and I had. She was so kind and knowledgeable. She went the extra mile to make us feel welcomed and taught us so much.
