What a fun tour! Capt. Vince was great! Very knowledgeable and so funny! We did this at the start of our vacation so we could get an idea of what we wanted to visit and see more in depth on the rest of our trip. We snorkeled with turtles, and got a Dole Whip! It was perfect!

This is the most disorganized, chaotic and miserable tour I have ever experienced. The bus was dirty, and the AC was not working properly. Hand sanitizer was not available and neither was bottled water. There was not an actual tour guide. We just rode in a hot, uncomfortable bus, stopped a few places for photos, and wasted an entire day of vacation. We actually tried to get an Uber to leave early, but there were not any cars available in the area. We felt like we were held hostage. I can’t believe how bad it was. We arrived at Dole 10 minutes before closing and left. We didn’t learn anything about the island. It was so disappointing. They almost didn’t have seats for us after our tour was already booked and paid in full. They wanted us to ride in a lady’s car behind the bus who didn’t work for the company. It was completely bizarre. We actually got off of the bus in Waikiki at the mall before our stop because the drop off was taking forever and we couldn’t wait for the tour to end. It would have been much more enjoyable and efficient to just rent a car and google some places to take pics than go on this never ending hot bus ride. We have done tours on other islands that have been absolutely amazing and couldn’t believe this bus ride is sold as being a tour. Do not book!

We are terribly sorry you experienced this. Under unprecedented demand this summer we have been experiencing some growing pains. We are scaling from a smaller family company to a broader operation. If you don't think things are working out you can always reach out and we will help you get sorted. We have just purchased new buses and have completely stopped leasing. We appreciate your feedback.
