Travelers will need to bring their tickets purchased online to our ticket counter located at the entrance to the rink for admission.

The Entrance is located inside American Dream Entertainment & Shopping Center. Parking is $5 for the day. Park in Parking Deck B or C, or Lyft/Uber drop off in Parking Deck A.

Great time skating with my son. Also nice to just show up and skate any time on Sunday. Most rinks only have a small time slot for public skating. Price includes skates.

Bought tickets online for a specific time and they didn't let us on the rink until an hour after it was booked. It was a madhouse -- so pretty ridiculous when the employees eventually asked everyone to form a straight line to get onto the ice. Lockers for your purse and shoes are $5 and if you need to open them to get something out, you have to pay $5 again to put your stuff back in. We stuck around the mall to shop afterwards and I was charged $30 for parking because apparently there's a 4-hour max limit on Giants game days. WHAT? Called to complain about the parking and customer service was clueless. They thanked me for "living out my dream," or something equally as obnoxious. I like having so many attractions all in one place, but the prices really are absurd and the staff look like deer in headlights at all times.

We appreciate you leaving your feedback -- we take all feedback, positive and negative, seriously as we look to enhance all guest experiences. We are disappointed that your experience did not live up to your expectations or the dream we aim to provide for every guest. Please keep in mind that whenever there is an event, concert or football game going on at MetLife Stadium - (similar to this past Sunday), American Dream's parking rates imitate that of MetLife Stadium. On game days, under 30 minutes is free to all guests, 31 minutes to 4 hours would be $5 for the day, and anything over that would be the MetLife Stadium rate: New York Jets game days are $50 per vehicle, New York Giants game days are $30 per vehicle, and concerts or other events are $40 per vehicle. Rates set by MetLife Stadium are subject to change. We have put a parking validation in place: if a guest is here 4 or more hours, the guest must provide an attraction ticket or proof of purchase (receipt - min $10) from any of our restaurants or retailers (small purchases under $10 will not be honored to validate event parking rate to $5). All of our entertainment, beauty and dining options are open every day, but a majority of our retail is closed every Sunday due to Bergen County Blue Law.
