Apparently items were paid through a 3rd party which when I had a problem at the hotel stopped them being able to refund the night for the night my fridge caught on fire in my room . Also I canceled a trip for the city tour because of the being sick from the fumes and they were not notified. Also somehow I was booked for 2 separate dog's letting rides and have been trying to contact someone to get a refund for one set of those rides no one from trip advosor has responded!!!!
