My wife and I have taken many tours from Berlin to Los Angles CA, and our experience with Viator's Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend was the best EVER!
First, Steve, the guide/driver was filled with knowledge, but not in a Know it all sort of way which is really nice. The guy knows his stuff. He was very kind. He offered water constantly, and also offered potty breaks. He was very safe, and kept us on schedule to the minute. Who ever is reading this as Steve's boss, you need to keep him around. He is a benefit to you company. His vehicle was clean, and he kept the temperature at a perfect level. I enjoyed his talks, but also appreciated he knew not to talk too much and played wonderful music in between his talks. I will NEVER forget this wonderful experience.
Next, at Antelope Canyon, reader pray you get Edwin as your guide. I over hear another tour guide tell his group, That's Edwin he is the commander of the cave. The guy wasn't lying. Edwin, was perfect. He started out by suggesting which setting to use on our cell phone cameras. Well, I know NOTHING about taking pictures, so Edwin offered to set my camera up for me. he did and I got some GREAT shots. He would show us where to stand, and even moved me around to get the best angles. Now my friends think I'm a junior Thomas Mangleson, and Ansel Adams. I just did what Edwin told me to do. At the apex of our trip Edwin kicked it ove the top by playing the flute. It was stunning.
So potential visitors and viator/ bosses listen, Steve and Edwin. AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks
Great experience. Our tour guy Steve was great and very entertaining. I would say that the highlight of the tour was Antelope Canyon. Over there we had another tour guide Veronica, very friendly and she was telling us how to capture a best shot of the cave. This trip was definitely worthy to wake up so early.
Tour guide Eric Williams was awesome. The sights were amazing. We saw the Cameron trading post, horseshoe canyon, the dam, and the antelope caverns.
