Horseshoe Bend and Antelope Canyon are not to be missed. Our guide Mark "Diggy" made the long drive both entertaining and educational. Yes it's l long day, but worth every minute. Horseshoe Bend was sensational and just when you think it can't get any better, there was Antelope Canyon. The 1 hr Navajo guided walk through the canyon was not nearly long enough. We would have been very happy to do it at least one more time. If you only had time for one activity ...... it would have to be Antelope Canyon. Thank you again Diggy for a great day.

Our tour guide David was amazing! He was so knowledgeable and very informative. He knew science, geology, sociology, native traditions and folklore, you name it, he coveres it. Peppered with great stories and anecdotes. As far as the tour itself it is a long day. It started with a pick up from your hotel, 3 hour trip out to horseshoe bend where you take a light hike to amazing view. Then we had lunch of sandwiches and fries. You get to choose from 5 options. It was suprisingly good and enough to satisfy for the rest of the day. Next was onto the office to switch vehicles for a native tour guide for antelope canyon. This tour is 90 minutes. Our guide was Nate. He was the best to have for great photos. From what I saw, other guides also knew how to get the great photos and will point out the best angles. After that, back on the bus for an hour trip to the trading post for some shopping. 30 minutes later, back to the hotel. We were picked up at 6:40 am and returned about 6:30 pm. David was great company all day. He also stopped atleast once an hour for a bathroom break which i greatly appreciated. Highly recommend this trip. Everything is included.

Antelope Canyon and Horse Shoe Bend are stunning and certainly worth a visit. I understand that interest in Antelope Canyon has grown substantially in the last decade, resulting in a bit of a touristy feel. There will be multiple guided groups of 12-14 touring with you. There’s a bit more space at Horse Shoe Bend, but still crowds of tourists even in the off -season. If you’re booking from Sedona, it is a 3 hour drive each way. Plenty of good views to enjoy and Sheldon, our guide, provided great commentary along the way. The passenger van is a bit tight. You’ll be shoulder to shoulder with someone, so make sure it’s someone you like! Lol!
