Windows
The Windows Section is considered by some to be the beating heart of Arches National Park. The area contains a large concentration of arches and is one of the most scenic locations in the park. North Window, South Window, and Turret Arch, are just a few of the awe-inspiring expanses you’ll find in just over two square miles. Short hike is about a 1.2 mile loop, and approximately last about 35 minutes. Other named features in this area include Garden of Eden, Elephant Butte, and Parade of Elephants.

Double Arch
This gently sloping trail leads to the base of two giant arch spans that are joined at one end. Short hike or walk about 0.6 miles.

Our tour guide Sean Paul made the experience just as memorable as the wonderful scenery we saw. Arches National Park has many features to take in but being on a tour with an expert who knew the little details made our adventure that much more special. My husband and I recommend this tour to give you a sample of the awesomeness that is Arches National Park. The coach was comfortable, drinks and snacks provided and rest stops included. This tour was a highlight of our vacation. Thank you Sean Paul and the team at The Moab Tourism Center!

It was a great tour packed with plenty of highlights and interesting insights about the history and geology of the area. We saw much more than we would have on our own. Our tour guide, Sean-Paul, was delightful and super nice! He was very responsive to our group (very diverse in ages) and patient with our many questions and occasional silliness. This was one of our most favorite tours and we highly recommend anyone visiting Arches to take this tour (be sure to ask for Sean-Paul if you can!) at the beginning of your visit to get a good overview of the park to get a sense of what’s there and what you would like to go back and spend more time or hike at. It’s also a great option for people who want to see arches but perhaps have more limited mobility or limited time to explore. Having the roof off when the temps rose to a comfortable level (it’s a bit chilly on a March morning!) was awesome! We got great photos and fantastic memories. We hope to come back again someday.
