Never showed up. I sent messages, requested a refund, never heard back from anyone. I don’t know if it was the operator of Viator that dropped the ball, but it was a bad enough experience that I would recommend booking elsewhere.

Great communication with us before we arrived to reassure us they would be there waiting. Upon arrival, we had to wait in a long line for Covid verification and they were in constant communication. Driver was very friendly and knowledgeable and shared stories of the island. So happy I chose this transportation service. We were the only two people on the shuttle. Mahola.

I need to ask for a credit. The company you contracted with could not provide leis as the package we paid for. We also experienced a long and challenging time at the Hawaii Covid check which delayed things drastically that caused great angst when they phoned and said they were going to leave if we were not there in two minutes.
