Our drivers going and leaving our hotel to and from the airport were great. Both George and Kelvin were there to great us and made our trips enjoyable. Kelvin realized that the main road was blocked so he took us on the scenic route which was fun. I can’t say enough good things about this service. Mahalo

What a trash service. Completely unreliable, terrible customer service. When we tried to schedule our pickup back to the airport, they gave us ONE option 3 HOURS ahead of the flight and said that’s their “terms and conditions” which are not written or communicated anywhere and they decide your timeline. The last thing you want to deal with on vacation. They’re also double the price of just getting an uber. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this scam.

THE DRIVER WAS WAITING FOR MY HUSBAND AND I AT THE AIRPORT WHEN WE ARRIVED WHICH WAS VERY SATISFYING AND REWARDING. BUT WHEN I GOT TO KNOW THE DISTANCE FROM THE AIRPORT TO MY RESORT (ABOUT 10 -12 MINS), THE AMOUNT CHARGED WAS OVERBOARD. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANOTHER TRAVELER.
