The tour was fantastic. The historical background for each story was detailed and vivid. The guide was a wonderful story teller. It's a walking tour with hills - it is Asheville, NC, after all, so be prepared for that. The guide did a good job looking out for stragglers and making sure everyone in the group felt comfortable and entertained. All things considered, well worth it!

I was a little worried that my crew wouldn't make it through the entire tour or would get bored, but Brian was FANTASTIC! I took this tour with four teenage girls. Brian was very interesting and engaging. We could have spent another two hours touring with him!

Our family of four had a great time. The tour guide told some wonderful stories with lots of background and history. Our tour lasted over 2 hrs and it was more of a leisurely stroll through downtown Asheville. We would walk to a spot, he would tell a story and then we would walk to another spot. The only thing I wish I had was a recording of the tour so I could go back and read about all the interesting facts he covered. I would do it again!
