My fiancee and I arrived in Asheville a few hours before the start of the 8pm Friday night tour. Since the 8pm tour was the only option available on TripAdvisor we decided to jump on it. This was our first time in Asheville and our first Ghost Tour. Brian was our guide. As he stated before we started, Brian has a great passion for history and it showed in his tour. He explained the history behind the ghost sightings at each stop. The tour was about 2 hours and it is a lot of walking. Uphill on the way there and uphill on the way back. There are a few places to sit along the route to take a break while he is explaining the stories and history. The mystery museum at the end of the tour was interesting. I think Brian said the museum was closing at the end of February.
Overall the tour was well worth the money. We learned a lot about Asheville our first night in town because of this tour. I would highly recommend this tour. This company has set a high bar for tours of this kind.

Fascinating, history-oriented ghost tour with a lot of creepy stories. Our guide, Brian, was a cool friendly dude and told us all about the history of the town in a fun and engaging way. The walk itself isn't difficult but there are some hills, also given the content of some of the stories you might want to reconsider if you're easily rattled. Overall a fantastic time and I'm definitely going to recommend it to my friends!
