We felt like we could have seen and learned about more of the scenery. With only two stops, it didn’t seem much worth the money we spent. Plus, our guides were on their phones almost any free time they had. Wish they would have interacted with us more. Also, we got much dirtier than expected. It would have been nice to receive a message about wearing a total outfit you were fine with ruining. Lastly, the parking sign was barely noticeable, so the location was hard to find. We made a wrong turn past the parking lot which was really just the meeting spot.

Im sorry that our guides were not up to par on their history of the ranch and the area. That is usually what customers love about this ride. I will be going our personally to ensure my guides are doing what they are trained to do and NO cel phones will be allowed on the rides any longer. We have walkie talkies for emergencies. Our guides will be reprimanded for not doing their jobs properly, We take pride in our business and the service we provide to people and that behavior is unacceptable. As far as it being very dusty out there yes it absolutely is. We have not had rain for almost 6 months and it is dusty but the dust will not ruin your clothes. As soon as we wash our clothes they are fine. We send customers a courtesy confirmation email with driving directions, address and a picture of the Parking area so they know what to look for. Our parking sign is 8 feet x 6 feet facing both directions of the road which is very visible.
