#1. They were late. We were instructed to arrive at noon . The shuttle did not pick us us up until 12:30, which is a long time to just sit in a parking lot when you are on vacation.
#2. The first half of the adventure, you stop every 30 seconds to look at scenery and discuss different flowers and plants.
#3. The second half of the adventure was fun, but you never really ride more than a few minutes at a time.
#4 Seems like they are always trying to "kill time". We wanted to ride ATVs and have fun, not ride for one or two minutes, stop for five, and then ride one minute again.
#5 The people were very nice.

We try to ensure that everyone has the best time possible so I am sorry that you were not completely happy with your ride. First of all we are a Guided Scenic Tour. We are not a race track. We travel between 6-12 mph most of the trail. We are on mountainous terrain and not on a straight flat road. Our number 1 responsibility is to keep everyone SAFE. When people get wreckless and speed on this type of terrain customers can get hurt. Our job is to provide a SAFE beautiful tour people can enjoy. Most of our riders have never even been on ATVs before this ride. Check-in is at 1215pm. We start at 1230pm and shuttle everyone from the parking area to another part of the 500 acre ranch where the ATVs are. If you were picked up at 1230pm you were picked up right on time. When you book through 3rd party agencies we do not control if they ask you to check-in early. I think this response if highly exaggerated. We stop at 3 BEAUTIFUL picture spots for our customers to be able to get some memorable photos. There are also a couple of spots that our guides give you some history/knowledge of the ranch and of Hawai'i. Towards the end of the ride, we have designated areas that whoever wants to can open up their ATVs, pick up speed and have some fun out there also.
