We had confirmed bookings and paid for a morning tour on 2 Oct 24. We were at the meeting place 30 min before the scheduled departure. No guide showed up . When we called the provided phone number, the phone was not answered but directed us to an email address. We wrote an email explaining our our situation. Then email was answered 15 min later . We were told they couldn't find a guide and would refund us. That is a dirty trick, we were the only 2 signed up and they didn't think that was worth it. They didn't care that we sat around and wasted half a day of our precious one day in Austin. At a minimum, they should informed us ahead of time that they didn't want to do the tour. That is irresponsible. Tripadvisor should remove such irresponsible crooked operators from their listings.

Jake (cowboy hat!!) was amazing! So informative and funny - kept things relevant and interesting. Would highly recommend as a great way to see buildings especially, that you would walk past not realising how significant they are to Austin history. Jake gave us great tips for other things to visit and see too - thank you Jake!!

William was a great guide and showed highlights of the city in the short time we had in the tour with enough breaks inside buildings to cool off from the heat. I would recommend it. He also took time to text list of places to see and dine at. Very helpful.
