Formed by several hundred thousand years of erosion, the Badlands formations expose the layers of millions of years of the regions history. It is a landscape that makes you feel as though you’ve landed on Mars.

On this day trip, we pedal the nice, moderate Badlands Loop Road for just under 30 miles through the heart of the pinnacles and lower shale formations to the other end of the northern segment of Badlands National Park, where we will enjoy a picnic lunch. There are also longer options available if desired.

Enjoy close up views of wildlife and take in the breathtaking views of Badlands National Park. Enjoying this area by bicycle is a once in a lifetime opportunity!

My family really enjoyed the ride through Badlands National Park! The ride was amazing and I can't think of a better way to see the park. Kevin was awesome at sharing details we did not know. He set up a great picnic for us at the end of the year that just capped off our experience. I would highly recommend this trip to anyone wanting to visit the Badlands. My kids are 13 and 15. They managed to complete the entire ride.

The entire ride was the highlight! From swooping down long hills, to pedaling furiously to get back up them, the tour was great from the beginning to the end.

We booked a Full day bike tour to the Badlands National Park. First and foremost, Kevin had great communication. This was a semi last minute trip and Kevin was wiling to work with us and be flexible with our days. The bikes were great quality and Kevin had no issues putting on our gadgets and pedals. We loved the vast knowledge Kevin had and especially loved the history lesson of the Badlands. We know we could have rented our own bikes and did a self guided bike ride, but this was just an awesome experience. We had a nice lunch(that was provided) after the ride in beautiful location before heading back to Rapid City. If you are heading to South Dakota and you are looking for a fun outdoor adventure, this is a trustworthy and knowledgeable company. We will definitely use them again when we return.
