Yoga on the beach? How amazing is that?!! Cathy is cute, experienced, and a lot of fun! She worked with the different levels of my group and we really appreciated that. Everyone felt comfortable and got a good workout! If you are in the area, this is a definite must!

I'm 65 yr old male, who has never done Yoga before. Wanted to experience it to see if something to incorporate into my life. This experience was incredible. The instructor Cathy was wonderful and you go at your own pace. No pressure. Plus, out on the beach what better location for such an incredible experience. Experienced or not, take this class. It's fun and a great way to stretch out those muscles for all the activities that you will do while in La Jolla.
