Way too many corny jokes. Took away from the experience. She never stopped talking to ask if we had questions until the very end. The ghost radio was so fake. The information and stories were good.

Hello, Sorry you felt that way. We can't make everyone happy unfortunately. The radio is not fake but you are welcome to your opinions. I generally ask if everyone is ok several times during the tour. I know I ask at the end of baystreet and then once again at the castle. I understand it is alot of information so that can be easy to miss. Thank you for being kind to my information and stories. You have a great rest of your vacation and safe travels.

We really enjoyed this tour. Our guide was nice , informative and entertaining. We even took a cool picture , I can't say it's definitely a ghost but it was fun to see when we reviewed our pictures.It was taken at a house that is reportedly haunted by a little girl.

I don't recommend this tour at all. It was extremely rushed, the tour guide was out of breath most of the tour because of the walking speed and the fast pace of the tour. It was not a leisurely walk as are most ghost tours in other states. Our group was large and in order to see what was just discussed it required that we stay behind the group slightly but each time we did that the other 3 employees that were on the sides and behind our group rushed us along to keep up. I have reached out directly to the company to express my concerns and have yet to get a response back. Very disappointing.

Sorry to have missed this email. It went to spam for some reason. I am so sorry you felt that way and did not have a good time. I felt my stories were solid and gave a wide range of history as well as ghost stories. Typically we do go a bit slower but I did have one group request I get back as close to time as possible on that one. As no one told me to slow down or that they were having trouble keeping up, I assumed my speed was fine. Our tours typically last 1 1/2 to 2 hours. It honestly depends on the group's and what they tell me they need. I will talk to the other employees in the future about better communication but on a tour like that feel free to voice your concerns while on the tour. Several times I asked if everyone was ok and everyone nodded such as at the castle. I typically ask there because of the stopping point. And at the end when I asked if you had any questions or needed anything explained only one couple asked questions and stayed behind to hear more. I am heart broken that you hated the tour and if you reach out to me by phone I will see if I can issue a partial refund. I hope you have a great weekend and that things get better. Also side note, I was out of breath because I had just particpated in Dragon boat beaufort earlier that day. It is a boat race to raise money for cancer. I was just personally tired but it was my night to do the tour and I did not want to cancel the tour and ruin everyones plans because I was fatigued. And again I am happy to talk to you directly by phone if you would like to discuss it further.
