So, I made a mistake when I booked this tour. It was much further away than I thought, and we ended up not being able to make it. I have to leave this review though, because of the customer service. I received reminder emails, notifications, etc. But on the night of the tour I got a phone call from the tour guide making sure that we were not coming, because they didnt want to leave if we were on our way. A simple thing, a quick phone call, but it made enough of a difference to me that I wanted to leave this review. I didnt request a refund or anything because it was my mistake, and didnt realize it until a couple hours before the tour. So thank you, and we will try again next time!

This was our first visit to Beaufort, so we really appreciated that the tour included history. We went in knowing nothing about the town. Charlotte was extremely knowledgable, liked her a lot. She also kept it to 90 min, maybe due to previous reviews. My only issue was the EVP app played during the tour. I had never seen this before despite being on quite a few haunted tours in various cities. In theory, its a neat idea. In practice, it came off as cheap and fake. I get its a ghost tour, and they're trying to make it fun, and, hey, it may have been 100% real for all I know, but it felt like a sad stage trick. I would strongly recommend dropping that from the tour.

Thank you for your input. I promise the app we use is in no way staged. If the spirits want to talk they do. If they don't they wont. And sometimes they don't care about the tour at all but want to talk about other things. It has been so spot on at times. I promise there is no manipulation of it on our part and we have tested it throughly. Everyone is entitled to their own beliefs and opinions. We appreciate your point of view. We could go back to the old school way of recording the entire tour with a tape recorder and checking it against the app every other tour or so. This might help with quality control if we constantly test it. Either way thank you for your review. I had fun on the tour with yall and hope to walk with you again soon.

I got a little bored. It’s more of a history tour then a ghost tour. But it got dragged on. It was about 2 hours long.

Hello, I am so sorry you felt that way. We always approach the ghost tours with element of history to fully tell the spirit's story. I hope you have a great rest of your vacation. We are thinking of adding a shorter version of the tour with less in it in the future. Hopefully we will catch you next time and give you more of what you were looking for.
