I booked a dive for noon. Per the company directive you need to be there 30 minutes early which would have been 11:30 a.m. At 11:10 a.m. they called me while I was in route via Uber and cancelled the dive. It cost me $40.00 dollars in travel to and from the site to not go diving. I feel the company could have notified me earlier. They offered to reschedule but I could not do it at the date and time offered. I did get a prompt refund. I felt they could have given me an earlier warning on the cancellation as I am sure this happens frequently due to conditions.

Loved this excursion! Perfect for beginners. Filepe was an awesome instructor. Felt comfortable and prepared the whole time!

Felipe was so awesome; fun, professional, and patient. Good vibes all around. He got my wife who has a fear of being underwater to enjoy and overcome her uncertainty about it. 10/10 instructor 10/10 experience.
