Go underground on a 1-hour walking history tour through Seattle's original neighborhood. Our experienced guides lead small groups through, and beneath, Pioneer Square to the street level that existed in the 1890s. Explore underground pathways that were built more than 120 years ago, learning details on early Seattle history, why these spaces were built, and how they have been used (and misused) over the years. Marvel at how this once Indian encampment has since transformed into one of the 20 largest cities in the United States.

Fun tour! Mike was amazing, funny and had a wealth of information and stories to share. I messed up what time I registered for, and when I showed up at the wrong time they accommodated me with no problem. Highly recommend!

Mike was a stellar tour guide. While we felt the underground portion of the tour was a little more on the lighter side than what we expected, Mike’s engagement with the group and historical knowledge was legions above and beyond what we expected. He’s amazing! Somebody buy that guy a beer!

The tour was a fascinating walk through the original settlement of Seattle. Dave, our tour guide, was informative and quite pleasant. Excellent, quick 1 hour tour.
