Excellent tour guide, interesting history and just the right length! The homeless population present during the outside portion was somewhat concerning as we saw people doing drugs and acting erratically, but that's not something our tour can control.

While our tour guide was highly knowledgeable, we found him rude at times. One of our group members suffers from allergies and while we were underground waiting for the tour to begin she sneezed a few times and her nose started to discharge, she quickly removed her mask to clean her face. The tour guide walked by and saw this and said "reminder that we need masks to be on at all time" as soon as my friend heard this she was trying to put down her tissue and purse both of which were in her hands to put her mask back on but the tour guide seemed to think that she wasn't complying and said "ma'am I'm speaking to you, put on your mask! ". It was rude and so uncalled for when she was just trying to put her mask back on but she complied. We all tried to explain that she was trying and had just blown her nose but he just walked away. There was another instance where my friend again sneezed and tried to clean her nose, the tour guide called her out in front of everyone and said put your mask on I'm not warning you again and also said you probably gave Covid to everyone. While I understand his stance and my friend at that point should have probably tried to go to the restroom (which later on she actually did and had to stuff her nose with tissues to keep it from running) he did not have to be so rude. Especially when there was another lady on the tour that was struggling to keep her mask on while underground and instead of being rude to her he seemed to be much more understanding. His attitude towards my friend totally ruined her experience and made me and my other friend very uncomfortable. One last thing, he also makes a lot of reference to obscure facts about certain shows, books, movies etc, that tend to not land well because most people haven't heard of what he's talking about. If he's going to compare certain things on the tour to other things to help people better understand, he should make references to things that are more widely known.
