Travelers will get to know the history of Bensonhurst as one of New York City's most diverse multiethnic neighborhoods and should expect to taste food from a variety of ethnic cuisines local to the neighborhood, including Koryo-Saram, Georgian, Kosovar, Kyrgyz, and Italian. Past tours have included a sampling of dishes from these culinary traditions, including morchovka (Korean carrot salad), khachapuri, sheqerpare (Albanian butter biscuits soaked in sugar syrup), samsa, and cannoli.
