Colossal RipOff !! The Guide Emi was a huge disappointment! Her English was bad and her knowledge was abysmal! She had a very bad attitude and told us "I'm tired and going home to sleep while you look at the museum by yourselves" Felt it was a total waste of our money!

Thank you very much for your feedback. We are so sorry that you are not satisfied with the services you received. After we investigated, the tour guide could not send you guys back to home directly according to the company’s policy also it is claims on the itinerary. Emi actually is nearly like a native speaker, so her English is qualified. For the museum, it was very difficult to find a parking place and not mandatory escorting by tour guide. We would appreciate your understanding on this.

This was one of the best tours we booked through Viator. The tour guide Emi was amazing, she was knowledgeable, caring and always had a smile on her face. She gave us enough time to browse around and take good pictures. The only comment we had is in the tour description it says that there is admission to the White House which was not the case and we were abit disappointed but the tour guide explained that its not included and visitors seurity check takes atleast 21 days.
