Most of us had never done a food tour before but all five of us loved it. Rick added color and depth to our glimpse of Brooklyn. Our group of 24 was full, but it was still manageable to get on and off the limo type bus.

Booked this tour last minute and couldn't be more pleased. Personable, knowledgeable tour guide- Laurie. Fantastic bus driver-Abraham. Each stop was enough time to enjoy the culinary selection but not so long that you were anxious to get moving. Each restaurant chosen was truly fine quality. Would definitely recommend and do it again myself.

Everything about this tour was wonderful! We were looking for something to do in NYC on a 95 degree day and chose this tour because it was on an air conditioned bus and I wanted to learn more about Brooklyn. We were so happy we chose this one! To begin, the pick up was conveniently located in Greenwich Village. Easy location! We were met by Rick our tour guide who was fantastic! Rick was so well versed about the areas we visited, the food and the culture. But above all you could tell he really enjoyed doing what he was doing! It took a little time for our driver to get us over the bridge into Brooklyn. Not a problem as Rick entertained us with lots of stories about the areas we were passing through or about to visit. For anyone thinking the culture part of the tour might be boring, never! Rick had the best stories that were very interesting and many that were funny! The food stops were excellent, from the Meatball Shop to the Chocolate shop and everything in between! While we were tasting away Rick was filling us with information about how the establishment came to be and what makes them special. I especially enjoyed the stop at the pizza place where we were able to sit at the bar and have a drink and chat with the bartender who also gave us a little history of the neighborhood we were in. At tours end were given the option of walking back to Manhattan over the Brooklyn bridge or riding back to where we started in the Village.We opted to ride as it was 95 degrees. All in all this was a great tour with lots of information, plenty of food and a great tour guide! It was especially nice due to the extreme heat to be able to get on and off the air conditioned bus! I look forward to coming in the fall with my coworkers and sharing this tour with them.
