We recently went on this tour. Our tour guides - Mohammad and Kristina were excellent. They were very energetic, kind and thoughtful. They were knowledgeable and made sure we enjoyed our tour. It was fantastic. The only reason I gave it four stars is because this company fails to contact you after you book. They say they will let you know what time a couple days in advance but I had to call them the night before to find out that information and so did the couple we toured with.

I visited Niagara Falls with my 16 year-old and 11 year-old granddaughters, and we were fortunate to have as our guide, Tyler, who was wonderful. He gave us his undivided attention, answered all of our questions, even those from my inquisitive 11 year-old, and gave us a brief history of the Falls, as well as the city itself. He was such a nice young man, who went out of his way to make sure we had a great visit...and we did!

This was a really great tour as we had 5 hours to spend seeing the sights. We got so close to the Falls. Pikachu, our guide was awesome!
