Booked this tour and arrived at the pickup location 10 minutes early as advised. Waited, waited, called, emailed, called again & again. Finally after standing out in the cold for over 40 minutes, received a call back informing us that they made a mistake and I will receive a refund. It was too late to book any other tours for the day, so I was very disappointed, to say the least. Received no further explanation other than, sorry, we made a mistake! Unacceptable!!!

The tour guide will contact the traveler before departure, so that even if you don't have a U.S. local number, you can still communicate without any difficulty . The whole trip was very relaxing. Along the way, we passed by ski area, our tour guide Duan knew that a few of our group had not seen so much snow before, so he stopped and let us take a walk there. When we arrived at the German Village, he also recommended us some good restaurants and interesting sightseeing spots. Leavenworth is not a big village, so if you just want to browse the small stores, 3 hours is enough. However, there are some famous restaurants where you have to queue up for a long time. The winter scenery with the horse cart is really dreamy! All in all, I am very satisfied with this trip and would like to experience skiing next time!
