We spent more time sitting in traffic than seeing sights. Commentary was not very informative, I was using my phone to Google things we went by. This was a waste of our short time in New York.

Could not find where your tour started, was given address but buses were not in close proximetry. Finally found out about 20 to 30 minutes too late that tour was not by bus, but by boat. Not what I had signed up for, very disappointed. Paid uber driver $120 to get there and $140 to get back to my motel on Long Island and no tour.

Earbuds did not work properly. Need to actually see what was pointed out. We added a Statue of Liberty cruise and were not told how or where to get the boat. We were actually given the wrong info when we asked. Boat was nowhere near any of the Hop On stops along the bus route.
