Way too much traffic to make this an enjoyable outing. We spent too much time getting from place to place due to the LA traffic...If you don't have ALL DAY do not take this

the buses do not run on a consistent schedule so you spend more time waiting for a bus to come out of fear that you may miss it and be stranded at a bus stop rather than sight-seeing which is what this company is all about. the people running this company do not seem to know what they're doing and there is a huge lack of communication between all of the employee's. i also listened to one of the employee's, Dylan, give a customer "advice" and he told her to "take public transportation but not to worry if you don't have any american money, just tell the bus driver you're not from America and they'll let you ride for free". whether that is true or not, that is terrible advice to give to someone. he also tried to give this customer directions and working for a tour agency like this you'd think he would know his surroundings well enough, but he gave her the completely wrong directions. the bus driver's seem to take the longest route to make sure they get their clocked hours in for the day. i understand that LA traffic is a thing as well as construction, but the city is a gigantic grid, you don't have to drive too far out of the way to get to the same destination. My friend and i decided to "hop off" the bus at the end of the day and decided to drive to the rest of the stops we wanted to see. the pamphlet says that buses come "every 30-45 minutes" yet we were left waiting for an hour and a half for one in Venice Beach. They don't have nearly enough buses to be able to handle the amount of stops on their routes. just get a rental car and you'll have a better time than dealing with this cash grab.

It was fun all in all, because the open-top was a vibe. For what it’s offering, it is quite expensive, and, a not-so-fun part was the fact that we waited for the next bus for more than 2 hours to appear, but it never showed up. The audio is funny, a little repetitive, but nice.
