Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Our customer service team sent our LA office the request for a refund from an individual in your group. In the request, the group member, stated that your group was waiting at our Stop 9 at 2:45pm. We had a driver at that stop at 2:50pm and stayed there for over 1 minute. I do apologize if your group was not at the correct stop location on time. We were running a 45 minute service, as advertised, however, the bus that followed the one you missed was running about 15 minutes behind due to LA traffic. I understand this can be frustrating but we do our best to re-route our drivers whenever possible to make up time when unforeseen circumstances occur. In regards to your interaction with the driver, I am deeply sorry as that is not the standard of customer service we hold our employees to.
