It was a nice tour around the city. Most of the famous monument are seen. NYC by night is incredible. BUT we took the French language option with the earphones and the explications was every time cut. We don’t have ear one entirely... It was a huge problem. The earphone system was old and doesn’t work very much... so sad Just an advice for the company : on cold night of winter, a plaid would be a must

Good Afternoon lamoucheam, While we are happy you enjoyed the tours, we apologize that you have had problems with the French channel as an international company, we understand the importance of clear and concise sound for the understanding of the commentary. Rest assured, it will be immediately reported to the designated service. As for the cold, for the top level while it is only half way or quarter way covered, it is difficult to obtain heat, we still encourage passengers to dress for the weather or enjoy the tour from the bottom level heated and enclosed. Our tour guide Bernie was amazing!! Although the weather was rubbish- not their fault it was still great!! We did switch to another bus because it was less busy, sadly I can’t remember the guides name but he had amazing anecdotes aswell as pointing out where to see celebrities or great views of the sky line. He also played frank sinatra songs while we had an amazing view of New York. This really added to the whole experience making it a night to remember. Bernie is 10/10- he knew a fact about every single country someone was from and really engaged with the customers. I went on the tours more than once during my trip and Bernie recognised me each time which makes me feel valued as a customer.

Big Bus New York Night Tour was just swell. I had a fabulous journey through the city with Jim and Reid. There were exceptional views from the position I was seated. I would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone. I really hope I see Jim again soon.
