Your experience begins at Stop #40 (M&M's World Stop on 7th Ave & 48th St) to discover the iconic sights of the Big Apple after dark. The tour lasts for two hours, departing every 20-30 minutes between 7:00pm and 9:00pm. Night tour is not a hop-on hop-off.

We were so disappointed with our first BB guide -(who appeared drunk or high) and his lack of knowledge, obsession with Con Ed and the Sex museum, that we bailed and grabbed the other Big Bus behind it) Then the second bus guide kept suggesting that we get off and take the 1 train back instead of telling us about the port area, so many times that after the third time we decided to take her advice and get off and do our own touring...Thank goodness I did not pay full price(-Labor Day special) or I would have been even more upset by their lack of professionalism that I have experienced in the past with this bus company. I tried to discreetly get the two bus guides' names without making it obvious that I was dissatisfied with their incorrect info and stupid obsessions on the sex museum . I have lived in NYC for over thirty years and always like to take Big Bus tours with my guests-usually over all the other companies for an overall view but after these two bad experiences, I will be trying out the other tour companies in the future. All I can say is that that there is a lot of completion out there right now and with the power of the internet I would hope that those in charge will read this review and address their tour guide staff issues and soon!

We are sadden that we were unable to meet your expectations. It is disappointing to hear that your guides performance was not all that it could have been due to lack of professionalism. Deborah was our guide for this fabulous tour, we went all round the various areas of the city, Chelsea, East and West Village, Chineatown, Little Italy, Soho and as she said she's part Italian and loves karaoke she sang a bit for us. The tour also goes across the Manhattan Bridge into Brooklyn so you can see the Brooklyn Bridge and skyline there - fabulous. Coming back to Times Square the lights were magnificent. A great trip, many thanks Deborah
