There is one big disadvantage : the time you spend, waiting to get on this bus. Once you're on the bus, the tour guides are fabulous, they tell you lots of things, with lots of passion, about buildings, famous people and history of the city. The night tour is also fantastic, this ride includes spectacular views of Manhattan and a part of Brooklyn : you actually ride over the Manhattan bridge ; very nice view!! The waiting hours are too long, but the guides are fantastic.

Other than the wait line that was about 30 minutes, the tour was great. Informative and well organized with the ability to see all he main attractions, including Brooklyn bridge. I highly recommend it.

The lines for all of the stops are incredibly long and really poorly managed. A ton of people standing around doing not much to help anything. We ended up using Lyft/Uber as it’s just pointless to stand in long lines in 90+ degree heat which it was in NYC over the 4th. The ONLY positive was our tour guide on the night tour. JOHN HARKINS is a wealth of knowledge and was great. I believe he used some recreational substances prior to beginning his tour but of that helped get the creative juices going, who am I to judge...he was great. The guy deserves some credit, but the company overall gets a thumbs down. Next time in NYC, I’ll go with a different company.
