Doug was our "live" tour guide and ticket agent. He was very courteous and professional, but most of all was really friendly and down-to-earth! Doug added some really interesting facts & info about SF and made you feel at home in his beautiful city! The BB Tour was well worth the money and great employees like Doug made it even better!
