Great value you see a lot in one day and at your own pace. The instructions were very clear with multi language audio guide throughout the ride. We were very pleased with this experience.

I paid for two $49 tickets and spent most of the time at bus stops or stop lights. The bus was excessively hot below and excessively chilly on the upper deck. The pre recorded tour was annoying and repetitive. It either played after approaching a site or before the bus got to the site, thus making it very confusing. We just took the earpiece off. We finally hopped off at one stop because we got so hungry just waiting at bus stops or in traffic. The app showed that the bus would pick up every 30 minutes, so we picked a place to get a quick bite to eat and watched to make sure we didn’t miss the next bus, which didn’t come 30 minutes later. It finally came about one hour and ten minutes later. By that time, it was late afternoon and the bus wasn’t going to be in operation more than another 30 minutes, so we got off at the next stop and just walked to the Metro subway to ride back to our hotel. It is a waste of money. There is no phone number to call, the bus drivers barely speak English and the app isn’t reliable, as the buses don’t stay on schedule. I’d request a refund but can’t speak to anyone about it.
