Give better directions on were the bus stops are! and times they should arrive.
Finding the Bus was a disaster. We went to where they said to catch the bus at Union Station, Washington, D.C. and no bus arrived there. We texted someone from your co. to help out and he said go to Fords Theater. We had to catch a $15 taxi ride to get there on the other side of town. We went and waited 1 hour and ½ and no bus. Then texted again and he said it was 610 10th Street, in front of Madame Tussands which was 2 blocks up.
Well, the Big Bus booth and sign was stashed in the window of that place and it was closed and no bus showed up there either. So, After trying to catch Big Bus for 4 hours, it was almost 2pm, so we ended up walking a few miles with no Big Bus Tour to be found. I am a disabled Veteran and all the walking took it’s toll on me and My wife and I were not very happy at this point.
I asked to get my money back. We'll see how that goes. We drove all the way from NC hoping to enjoy a 37 year anniversary and take a nice ride to sight see D.C. but ended up walking most of the way and sweating in the hot sun!
