This was a terrible waste of money and the customer service is even worse. We were staying at National Harbor, so I asked if I should get the package that included the water taxi up to where we could catch the bus. The answer was yes, so we did, only to find out that the water taxi times did not coincide with bus pickup times by a long shot. So we ended up taking a Lyft to the pick up point. Then the pick up point was badly marked. When we finally found it and waited in the freezing cold only to have them show up with a bus that could not accommodate my husband's electric scooter (even though arrangements had been made ahead of time according to their rules - we caught the first bus of the day so they would send the right bus). Then I tried to get my $18 back for the water taxi and the guy couldn't help me. Said I had to fill out a special online form, which I did only to have the online system tell me it had an error and couldn't accept the form. I wrote back to customer service and never heard back from them. You DO NOT NEED this service, which takes you all around a big loop. You waste time riding on the bus, when you can easily grab a Lyft for A LOT LESS MONEY. We spent $63 each for 2 2-day deluxe tickets that we rode for 1 stop on the first day and 1 stop on the second day. BOTH days we had to take a Lyft to the starting point and it would have cost very little to just take a Lyft to the next stop. So stupid. I tried to get back the $18 extra I paid for the unusable water taxi tickets, but really I should be reimbursed for the whole thing. Instead I got nothing back. This is a HUGE RIPOFF.
