We bought our tickets at our hotel for $70 each which included 2 days of the Big Bus, boat ride and Night Tour. The buses are nice, with lots of room, they provide earphones to hear the live or the recorded narration as the bus travels. The app is a great way to see how far away the next bus is, to help calculate your time at any of the stops. We did both the red line and blue line tours on different days.

you did not inform us that the pick up location had changed. when I called to obtain info the person told me the only pick ups were at 5:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. and it was 9:45 a.m.--of course this was wrong. it was also wrong i was not notified of the change in pick up location. also our first driver said we could use our tickets to go up in the Washington memorial and after walking to it we were told this was not true!

Having visited D.C. several times, I never took a guided tour, this time was different! It was my Granddaughter's birthday and we wanted to see Washington D.C.! Our first encounter with Big Bus Tours was as we were leaving Union Station, after arriving on the Amtrak. Mrs. Virginia Newton was OUTSTANDING! She told us -in detail- about the different packages. She then gave me a brochure told me to look it over and see her the next day. I did and then the adventure began! We went everywhere, hopping on and hopping off the bus. Stops were easy to find and the Big Bus Reps were excellent! They were helpful(suggesting we take the next bus because it was close to arrival and it would be less stops) and knowledgeable. We had the pleasure having Nate as our Tour Guide on our Walking Tour to MLK & FDR. He was so knowledgeable and pleasant. Every Big Bus Tours Rep and driver I encountered was exceptional. I highly recommend Big Bus Tours!
