This company sells too many tickets for the number of busses it has on the road. It advertises a bus every 20 minutes, when the stark reality is, there might not be a bus arriving for 45+ minutes. And then of course they are all loaded to the gills with standing room only. One bus I was on broke down, forcing all the passengers to disembark and wait for a rescue bus. Another, the driver pulled over, again making all of her passengers leave the bus, while she sat in the shade for 30 minutes to take a break. Another driver yet was horribly rude and pushed a group of people (my family included) to the back of the “line” for not waiting directly under the bus stop sign (even though we were all there way before the others). All of the busses (there were only 4 that I saw in circulation on the day of writing this) were overstuffed. Between the unsafe conditions and the general disrepair of the busses, the whole experience was so sketchy that my family and I chose to pay for Ubers rather than continue with the Big Bus tour.

I now understand that due to covid and lack of employees, the routs got combined, nonetheless, the website did not explained this nor did the male bus drivers. The 3 male bus drivers we got to interact with did not explained nor gave us information. First driver, we were half of block from the bus stop when it arrived, we waved the bus driver, and ran to the stop, I am 100% sure he saw us and as soon as we ran to the door, he closed it and left. Second driver, I kept asking questions and he was so rude that replied "I'm going to Arlington and in 20 minutes there will be another bus. Are you getting on or not?" and literarily closed the bus's door in our face and left. Third driver, opened the door and announced "I'm going to Arlington", by this time there was another family waiting with us, and we just stood back because they also saw the previous drivers bad attitude. So we stayed at the same spot for the forth bus (60 minutes by this time). Forth driver was a female, she was a little nicer and explained things.

It was a great tour of all the sites in Washington. There’s parking at the Arlington cemetery, which is also a stop of the bus. It all worked out smoothly. Thanks for the great trip!
