I had a group of about 20 family members visiting for the weekend, and they wanted to go sightseeing on the Big Bus tour.
We got off to a rocky start because some of our tickets were not emailed to us. However, Ebenezer was extremely gracious and dedicated to helping us get the situation resolved. He was very patient and kind. We eventually resolved the issue and were able to board the bus as a group.
It was a hot day, so our group didn't want to get off and walk around at the various stops. The ride was pleasant, and the prerecorded tour commentary was interesting.
It seemed that some people were having trouble finding a seat when they wanted to get back on the bus after having gotten off at different stops. So, I would recommend having a game plan if you are going with a larger group. You may have to be ok with getting separated, or waiting a while for a bus to come with seats to fit your whole group. We went on a Saturday, and I am sure that is one of the busiest days.
Aside from Ebenezer, Gregory was also very friendly and helpful. He answered our questions before boarding and kept us updated of the departure time.
Overall, this was a positive experience. I learned a lot and enjoyed the breezy ride around the city.
