The Kona Coast of Hawaii is considered the primary place in the world to view manta rays after sunset. During this approx 2 -hour snorkeling tour with a knowledgeable guide, watch these extraordinary creatures feed on plentiful plankton attracted by underwater lights. With wingspans that can reach more than 20 feet (6 meters) across, manta rays have no teeth or barb on the tail. Amazing and must must do. I prefer the small groups and this amazing crew didn’t disappoint. The rays played around our group for the entire time. Easy for everyone and a life changing experience!!

Awesome experience…..friendly and competent. Saw lots of mantas up close, even as other tour groups seemed not to. Whatever this group does differently works well. It’s a must-do bucket list item. We went with children aged 9-17, and all thought it was the experience of their lifetime thus far.

Aloha David, yes we have been doing this for many many years, and your captain and guides are quite experienced. You are correct we do do something different and there is a special technique ......but cannot post it for all to see. Glad you noticed the specialty ❤ Really appreciate the review

What a cool experience. We even ended up with a cooler, rainy evening but it was still so enjoyable. The mantas are HUGE and they come right up to you. These tour guides were fantastic. I had two kids, 10 and 12 and they thought I was crazy when I told them what we were doing, but they weren’t scared at all once we got there. Definitely do it!
