We flew with Dale today and he was absolutely amazing! Very informative, attentive, and entertaining. Could not have asked for a better experience for our first time on the big island. I would highly recommend this tour to antome who wants see what Hawaii is all about!

One of the best experiences ever! It is the only way to see the whole island in a way that few people can. The sightseeing is spectacular and you will come away with a big smile on your face. Best part was to see the volcano up close as well as the cliffs and valleys!

We booked the tour mainly to see the Kilauea Volcano, as did the other four passengers booked on our flight. Before taking off, our pilot James informed us that we won’t be able to reach the volcano, due to strong winds: not his fault, obviously. He offered alternative routes and he also offered a full refund, if we choose not to fly. All of us took the full refund. The desk person mentioned some other flights we might want to take, but exerted no pressure. We took the refund and that was that. What a class company! That’s how it should work and so rarely does. Kudos to the honesty and their treatment of their customers. It is now a company I fully trust. Thank you! I am sold. I will surely be back some day.
