It was the first time ziplining for the adults, although not for the teens. I was terrified of it-- but I thoroughly enjoyed it, am very glad I overcame the fear. The staff was very patient, the equipment was all in very good condition and pretty new, and the way the zips were set up, they started with some short easy runs. Between zips we walked through some beautiful lush rainforests, often with a view of the Pacific in the distance. The last zip took us over a waterfall, which was amazing. Definitely worth it!
The only critique I would have is that the young staff-- although very competent and patient-- did not really go the extra mile to engage the group, find out our names or anything about us. They also did not do any discussion of the botanicals we were walking through-- which seemed a bit ironic given the name of the outfit and the presence of a botanical garden run by the same company. Only one of the four staff who spent the two hours with us was outgoing-- and he was pretty funny.
