Working as a team in the raft for a common goal; the beauty of the canyon surrounding us, the challenge of the rapids and staying in the raft. Just the overall experience of being on the river and manuevering between the large rocks. It was fun and challenging but not too challenging. Just about right.

This was such a fun experience! My kids and I had a great time. The staff was all super friendly and very knowledgeable about the river. Their concern about everyones safety was very comforting to my kids, who were both a little nervous. Our guide tyler was amazing! We had an excellent time! Recommend this place for sure!!!

Would have given 5 stars but 3 people fell out. Rider beware-when they say "bump" they mean "buckle down buttercup". This was not a lazy river ride, in case you were thinking that. I would not bring a child on this ride. Not sure how it happened but half of us fell out in a deep hole and hubby floated away. Promos make it look like it's for anybody over 5 years. There was a 10 year old child onboard who thankfully did not join us in the drink but there were too many in the water for one person to fish out. Warnings about safety cannot be overstated. Be ready to swim. Hard.

We take guest grievances very seriously. However, we have no record of any bookings under your name. We use both an online booking engine and integrated digital waiver system and we can find no record of you rafting with us. In addition, we are a small company and as such we, the owners are a part of every trip and we have NO memory of any guest experience that matches your narrative; please get in touch with us if you would like to discuss the issue in detail.
