Staff was really nice and helpful. Gave us a map and showed us how the biking system works in the park - a newbie wouldn’t know there is a directional flow and that you can’t take the bikes on all the paths. Bikes were in good working shape. The location was two blocks from the park so we had to walk them over but he gave us an extra few minutes to do that. It was easy!
