Everyone that I met that works here is enthusiastic and knowledgeable. I talked to a number of people before we met out guides, and they all spoke very highly of the owner, and gave us information about what we were going to see. Joe and Mickey were our delightful and oh-so-helpful leaders for the night. Unfortunately, despite their efforts, little bioluminescence was to be seen. We spent quite a bit of money ($610 +$120 tip) for 7of us to take out clear kayaks. My husband and I tried out the clear but opted for the regular because it was easier for him. Poor Joe still had to tow us at the very end; we were beat! He was so obliging and didn’t make us feel bad at all. I read another review that complained about the lack of bioluminescence and the response was that it was a full moon and the website warns about that. I still haven’t found it, and it certainly is not in the descriptions on the first page. We would not have come on this night had I read that warning. However, I assume that on another night it would have been well worth the money. Anyway, thumbs up to Joe and Mickey!

Thanks for this review of the bioluminescence tour. Joe and Mickey are great guides and we will pass on your kind words to them. Sorry to hear you did not see as much bioluminescence as possible. The week you booked was a full moon week, and if the moon rises early in the evening, that can affect visibility. So, the bio is actually there, but it's shine competes with moonlight. Please call our office if you are in the area, and we can try to get you out in the perfect conditions. Thanks again for the nice review!
