This is a safe adventure for those wanting to see some great sites on the water. We took a sunset tour with Tyler and was pleased to see manatee, attend a manatee rodeo, and be amazed by the bioluminescence. The local bioluminescence is a wonder to observe. Tyler and the other guides made the tour interesting and fun. Be sure to bring lots of bug spray. The bugs get hungry...

Brandon and Jordan were fantastic! Full of knowledge. They took us to some great spots. We saw so much bioluminescence! Gorgeous! The clear boats are worth it. You can see the light through the boat! We also saw mullet, dolphins and a stingray. It was a fantastic experience!

I made a reservation over the phone and made it to the launch site with my wife. The tour guides were friendly but due to inclement weather we were unable to launch. The guide told me to call the office when it reopened to make arrangements. I called and was told to reply to the email that was sent about the rain out. I requested a refund in the email and was informed that they do not give refund, only rain check and that I should have been notified during booking. I explained that I booked via the phone and not online. I was then told that the no refund policy is present in the receipt that was sent after booking. I had then stated that a no refund policy should be made clear at the time of booking not after the fact, with my wife and I living out of state we can not ensure we could come back within the time to use the rain check. I have not received any follow up email since then, so I guess I am being ignored now in hopes of going away.

Thank you for your feedback. Sometimes weather can be unpredictable, to accommodate this we provide rainchecks for our guests to be able to book another date in the event of unsafe conditions. However we have an all sales final policy which is standard in the tourism industry, and try to be transparent with this policy when booking any of our tours. We ask every guest prior to booking and it is on our website to which you have to agree to prior to booking in order for us to proceed.
