I would give 0 stars if that were possible, as we paid but did not receive services. I can not recommend this company because they accepted our payment of almost $400 for 6 people to take this trip. We were very excited and I am sure it would have been a fantastic adventure. However, it was very windy weather when we arrived for the tour, and the guide deemed it too dangerous to go out. I appreciated the caution for our safety and was sure that there would be a refund. Since we live more than 10 hours away and were there for a vacation, we will be unable to reschedule. I received an email from the company stating that they hoped we enjoyed our tour. Did they not know that it was cancelled? When I replied that it was cancelled by the guide due to weather and that we would like a refund, we were informed that they did not give refunds. I certainly understand this if we did not show up or cancelled at the last minute, but not when services were not rendered and we were present, actually early. They said we could gift it to someone else (?) or order merchandise from their website. Who wants approximately $400 of this merchandise? We are very disappointed with this company to say the least.

We do have our cancellation and refund policy posted clearly on our website, and it is required to agree to it before completing your booking. We hope you otherwise enjoyed your trip to Florida and we appreciate your feedback.
