This is one Florida experience you do not want to miss! What makes this amazing is that the protected wetlands around the area we launch our kayaks has almost no light pollution. This make for amazing visibility of the bioluminescence.

I brought my daughter to the Night Rafting tour and we had a blast! Sebastian was our guide and not only was he super fun - but so knowledgeable about the entire eco system in the area. He provided explanations about the miracles all around us using words I couldn't begin to pronounce or spell...but it was fascinating to learn about it all the same The raft was comfortable and it was fun to do the paddling and mingle with the other "crew members" on the boat. The weather was perfect, the skeeters were plentiful (even with long clothes and bug spray!), but the water and the entire experience were just fascinating. Thank you Sebastian - you made the experience so enjoyable for all of us! I was the old lady on the tour and yet the young dudes were freaking out about the spin - I'm still laughing about that one - I loved it!

Our guide, Lisa, was such a pleasure, not only was it absolutely stunning to see the bioluminescence but the knowledge the guide had of the area and the animals was awesome! Absolutely worth it!

What a central Florida jewel! Words really can't describe how amazing this tour was. Our guides Bree and Sébastian were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable (one has a NASA engineer day job). The gorgeous Supermoon as we began the tour gave way to clouds so our viewing experience was maximized. The vivid and bright blue glow of the phytoplankton was incredibly beautiful whether it was from our paddling, running our hands through or cupping the water, or watching the fish dart about all around our kayaks. We saw gators, blue and night herons, and other night hunting birds. Finally, we were in the middle of frolicking manatees, one or more of which rolled over one of our kayaks, dumping a surprised couple into the water! What an experience it was. Thanks to our guides and BK Adventures for a night to remember.
